{"id":367,"date":"2026-08-05T09:12:40","date_gmt":"2026-08-05T09:12:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kepeth.gr\/programmata\/voucher-tourismou-me-epidotisi-1250e-anergon-kai-ergazomenon\/"},"modified":"2026-09-22T16:27:33","modified_gmt":"2026-09-22T16:27:33","slug":"voucher-tourismou-me-epidotisi-1250e-anergon-kai-ergazomenon","status":"publish","type":"programmata","link":"https:\/\/kepeth.gr\/en\/programmata\/voucher-tourismou-me-epidotisi-1250e-anergon-kai-ergazomenon\/","title":{"rendered":"Voucher for Tourism \u2013 \u20ac1,250 Allowance (Unemployed People and Employees)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Training Programme for 20,000 Employees &amp; Unemployed People in the Tourism Sector with a \u20ac1,250 Allowance<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Purpose of the action<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The action concerns the acquisition of new skills (upskilling) and the reskilling (reskilling) of those employed in the tourism sector, with the ultimate aim of the overall improvement of the services offered in the tourism sector and at the same time improving the image of the sector in the era after the coronavirus pandemic COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The program includes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Theoretical\u00a0<\/strong>training\u00a0<strong>250 hours<\/strong>\u00a0(distance synchronous and asynchronous education)<\/li>\n<li>Acquisition\u00a0<strong>Certification\u00a0<\/strong>knowledge and skills in the subject of training.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Total training allowance 1<\/strong><strong>.250\u20ac<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Participation right<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The training programs are aimed at the following categories of trainees:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>seasonal workers<\/strong>\u00a0(temporarily unemployed)\u00a0<strong>tourism businesses<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>the long-term unemployed in the tourism sector<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>the employees of tourism businesses, whose employment contracts were suspended in the years 2020 and\/or 2021 <\/strong>due to the COVID \u2013 19 coronavirus.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Employees and unemployed people who meet at least the following conditions are eligible to take part in the Action:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>To be Greek nationals, nationals of European Union (EU) member states, and\/or nationals of third countries (countries outside the EU member states), who reside legally in the country.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Be seasonal workers in tourism businesses, or long-term or temporarily unemployed in the tourism sector, or have been employees of tourism businesses whose employment contracts were suspended in 2020 and\/or 2021<\/strong>due to the temporary interruption or suspension of the operations of the businesses in which they worked, in the context of taking measures to prevent and deal with the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Be over 18 years of age.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Have at least two hundred (200) days' wages in total in the tourism sector over the last ten years\u00a0<em>or in a specialty related to the training specialty.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Be registered in the DYPA unemployment register<\/strong>(formerly O.A.E.D.), regardless of whether they receive unemployment benefits or not, in the case of unemployed candidates. In each training cycle of the program, 5% of the positions can be covered by people with disabilities, who have a percentage of more than 67%, if there is a relevant interest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For example, those who work in businesses: Catering, Hotel Units, Tourist Offices, Ferry Companies, Entertainment Centers, Rooms for Rent, etc.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To meet criterion d, candidate trainees must prove work experience in businesses in the following sectors (the eligible activity codes (KAD) are as follows):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>55 <\/strong>Accommodation<\/li>\n<li><strong>56 <\/strong>Food service activities<\/li>\n<li><strong>77 <\/strong>Rental and leasing activities (subcategories 77.11, 77.34.10.02, 77.39.13.02)<\/li>\n<li><strong>79 <\/strong>Travel agency, tour operator and reservation service activities and related activities<\/li>\n<li><strong>92 <\/strong>Gambling and betting (subcategory 92.00.11.01)<\/li>\n<li><strong>93 <\/strong>Sports activities and amusement and recreation activities (subcategories 93.29.19.08 and 93.29.19.09)<\/li>\n<li><strong>96 <\/strong>Other personal service activities (for example, subcategories 96.04.10.03, 96.04.10.04, 96.04.10.07)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please note that for activity codes (KAD) with a specific reference to subcategories, only the KAD of those subcategories are eligible, while for KAD listed indicatively, relevance is assessed by the competent committee when the application is reviewed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Specialties of Training Programs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The specialties for which training is expected to take place are the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reception services and digital skills. (250 hours)<\/li>\n<li>Nutrition and food hygiene and safety. (250 hours)<\/li>\n<li>Culinary and pastry art. (250 hours)<\/li>\n<li>Roofing services and environmental management. (250 hours)<\/li>\n<li>Recreational Tourism Outdoor Activities Animator. (250 hours)<\/li>\n<li>Spa\/Thalassotherapy Services \u2013 SPA. (250 hours)<\/li>\n<li>Executive of Tourist Offices. (250 hours)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Participation documents<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Photocopy of ID or Passport<\/li>\n<li>Copy of Degree\/Diploma or High School Diploma<\/li>\n<li>Individual Insurance Account (EFKA)<\/li>\n<li>Form E3 (notification of hiring) from the ERGANI information system (myergani.gov.gr) (or from the former OAED for older hirings) to prove\/establish the activity code (KAD) under which the minimum required work (200 days' wages) was performed.<\/li>\n<li>Photocopy of bank account<\/li>\n<li>Computer Science Degree (if applicable)<\/li>\n<li>Foreign Language Degree (if available)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/ypeythini-dilosi.pdf\">Solemn declaration digitally signed via http:\/\/www.gov.gr or with the signature certified at a KEP Employees)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>For unemployed candidates, a certificate of the period of unemployment.<\/li>\n<li>Form from the ERGANI information system proving that the employment contract was suspended during 2020 and\/or 2021 (https:\/\/myergani.gov.gr under Declarations \u2013 Search Criteria \u2013 Category: COVID-19 MEASURES \u2013 choose the form (e.g. Suspension) from the
