Working Capital Subsidy for Tourist Accommodation Businesses Affected by the Pandemic – RESTARTING TOURISM<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Action aims to support the operation of tourism sector businesses after the restart of their operations and in view of the official start of tourism activity for 2021 under the regime of the COVID-19 pandemic. Businesses will be supported by providing sufficient liquidity to restart their economic activity, through non-refundable support of part of the working capital.<\/p>\n

Action Budget<\/strong><\/h2>\n

THE\u00a0budget of the Action<\/strong> is 50 million euros<\/strong>\u00a0for all the regions of the country, which are divided into\u00a0300 million euros<\/strong>\u00a0for Small and Medium Enterprises and\u00a050 million euros<\/strong>\u00a0for Large Businesses.<\/p>\n

This amount may be increased to cover all positively evaluated funding applications.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Action is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) of the European Union and by national resources.<\/p>\n

Applications and Subsidy<\/strong><\/h2>\n

They are subsidized<\/strong> applications up to 400,000 euros<\/strong>\u00a0per company with a distinct VAT number<\/p>\n

Each company will be awarded a total non-refundable grant in the form of working capital, which may amount to a maximum of\u00a05% for businesses with an eligible CPA in category 55 and 2.5% for businesses with another eligible CPA of the 2019 Annual Business Cycle.<\/strong><\/p>\n

For businesses that have started operations within 2019 or within 2020, the non-refundable aid may amount to a maximum percentage of\u00a05% or 2.5% depending on the eligible activity of the reduced turnover of the year of commencement of operations (2019 or 2020).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Businesses that in 2019 were in the construction stage and proved to have no income from business activity of any kind, are awarded a total non-refundable grant that may amount to a percentage of\u00a05% or 2.5% depending on the eligible activity, on the full or reduced Business Cycle of the year 2020.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Beneficiaries of the Action<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Tourist businesses regardless of their legal form and in particular hospitality businesses of any kind, tourist agencies, as well as tourist bus companies, whose business license can be seen in list<\/a> Below.<\/p>\n
