{"id":727,"date":"2021-01-12T11:02:02","date_gmt":"2021-01-12T11:02:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kepeth.gr\/programmata\/epidotisi-dimiourgias-e-shop-e-lianiko\/"},"modified":"2021-01-12T11:02:02","modified_gmt":"2021-01-12T11:02:02","slug":"epidotisi-dimiourgias-e-shop-e-lianiko","status":"publish","type":"programmata","link":"https:\/\/kepeth.gr\/en\/programmata\/epidotisi-dimiourgias-e-shop-e-lianiko\/","title":{"rendered":"Subsidy for the creation of an e-shop &quot;e-retail&quot; with a subsidy of up to \u20ac5,000 (B round)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Subsidy for the creation of an e-shop &quot;e-retail&quot;<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The Action of EPANEK <strong>&quot;e-retail&quot;<\/strong>\u00a0aims at subsidizing SMEs for the creation or upgrade of an online store (e-shop) in order to support their operation during the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19), to strengthen the degree of integration of digital technology and their digital transformation , to avoid overcrowding in the interior spaces and to ensure the continuity of their economic activity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Applications are subsidized<\/strong>\u00a0until\u00a0<strong>5000 euros<\/strong>\u00a0for each business with a distinct VAT number.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Action Budget<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>THE\u00a0<strong>budget<\/strong>\u00a0of Action is\u00a0<strong>80,000,000 euros.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Action is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) of the European Union and by national resources.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Beneficiaries of the Action<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Beneficiaries of the Action\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Medium, small and very small businesses operating in the retail sector, maintaining a physical store and their operations have been suspended for at least one day from Wednesday 18 March 2020 onwards.<\/p>\n<p>The companies are divided into:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Existing<\/strong>, which have been established\u00a0<strong>until 30.09.2019<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Newly established<\/strong>, which have been established\u00a0<strong>from 01\/10\/2019<\/strong>\u00a0and <strong>until the date of announcement of the Action.<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Subsidy<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Until\u00a0<strong>5,000 euros<\/strong>\u00a0to each business with a distinct VAT number for the acquisition of IT equipment and the implementation of intangible actions (software\/services) with the aim of\u00a0<strong>development<\/strong>\u00a0and online store management.<\/li>\n<li>Until\u00a0<strong>1,500 euros<\/strong>\u00a0for\u00a0<strong>upgrade<\/strong>\u00a0online store if the company already had it before <strong>18\/3\/2020<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Basic Conditions of Participation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Businesses should, among other things, satisfy the following conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>to be active in\u00a0<strong>retail<\/strong>\u00a0(KAD 47 and detailed thereof as described in Appendix X) or as\u00a0<strong>main activity<\/strong>, at the head office or at the branch, either as\u00a0<strong>activity with the highest revenue<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>to maintain a Physical Retail Store, in a separate area of their home, i.e. a commercial area that welcomes and serves customers.<\/li>\n<li>their operation has been suspended for at least one day from Wednesday 18 March 2020 onwards.<\/li>\n<li>the\u00a0<strong>existing businesses<\/strong>\u00a0have a decrease of at least 20% in their turnover during the 4th quarter of the year 2020 compared to the corresponding quarter of the year 2019. For the\u00a0<strong>newly established<\/strong>\u00a0the reduction will be considered 100% in their turnover.<\/li>\n<li>to submit an investment proposal per A.F.M.<\/li>\n<li>the total amount of de minimis aid that the business has received in the past, including the aid from this Action, does not exceed the amount of 200,000 euros within a three-year period (current financial year and the two (2) previous financial years) before from the date of inclusion of the proposal.<\/li>\n<li>meet the conditions of application of Reg. 1407\/2013 (De Minimis) as stated in Annex VI hereof.<\/li>\n<li>that there are no grounds for exclusion from paragraph 1 of article 40 of Law 4488\/2017 (\u0391\u0384137) (imposition of fines for violations of labor legislation)<\/li>\n<li>that no recovery order for previous illegal and incompatible state aid based on an EU or CJEU decision is pending against them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Eligible Expenses<\/h2>\n<p>The eligible costs of the Action are as follows:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Servers for hosting the applications \u2013 software required to create\/upgrade and run the online shop, with their accessories (keyboards, monitor, etc.) and the required operating system. Acquisition in the form of Infrastructure as a Service (IAAS) is also permitted. In the case of acquisition as Infrastructure as a Service (IAAS), the cost for one year is eligible.<\/li>\n<li>Computers (Desktop\/Laptop)<\/li>\n<li>Other technological equipment related to creating\/upgrading and running the online shop (e.g. network equipment, bar code readers, printers, etc.). <strong><em>The cost of supplying tablets, mobile phones and televisions is not eligible.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Services for designing, developing and managing the e-shop \u2013 it will operate in 2 languages and on mobile devices (mobile responsive or a dedicated mobile version), and will include order-taking (basket), warehouse (stock quantity) and secure online payment functions (redirect to the bank's environment).<\/li>\n<li>Eligible expenditure is also the purchase of software in the form of Software as a Service (SaaS) as long as it is necessary for the operation of the e-shop. In the case of acquisition in the form of Software as a Service (SAAS), the cost for one year is eligible.<\/li>\n<li>Development and\/or certification of a digital security policy.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>The start of eligibility of expenses is defined as March 18, 2020. Therefore, all eligible expenses should have started as a Physical and Financial object from this day onwards.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<h3><strong>Electronic Submission<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Online
