{"id":733,"date":"2018-10-31T08:52:58","date_gmt":"2018-10-31T08:52:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kepeth.gr\/programmata\/psifiako-vima\/"},"modified":"2018-10-31T08:52:58","modified_gmt":"2018-10-31T08:52:58","slug":"psifiako-vima","status":"publish","type":"programmata","link":"https:\/\/kepeth.gr\/en\/programmata\/psifiako-vima\/","title":{"rendered":"Subsidized Digital Step 50%"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Digital Step<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The new \u201cDigital Step\u201d Action aims at the digital upgrade of very small, small and medium-sized enterprises.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Action Budget<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>50 million euros for all regions of the country.<\/p>\n<p>The Action is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) of the European Union and by national resources.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Beneficiaries of the Action<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Existing micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, which before the date of online submission of the funding application:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>have closed at least two (2) full financial years and keep category B or C accounting books up to 31.12.2017,<\/li>\n<li>have at least one eligible activity KAD that is not included in Annex IV NON-ELIGIBLE ACTIVITIES (KAD).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Investment Plans &amp; Subsidy <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Investment plans from 5,000 euros to 50,000 euros. <\/p>\n<p>Subsidized 50% of eligible expenses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Basic Conditions of Participation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>    Businesses should: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To show for the last three years, at least a positive result before taxes, interest and depreciation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>When submitting the financing application, provide evidence of securing at least 60% of the private participation of the investment project<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>To operate legally by having the appropriate, in accordance with current legislation, operating license<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>To submit costs that have not been financed and have not been included in another program financed by national or Community funds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Not to be included as beneficiaries in decisions to withdraw previous actions concerning digital technology<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>To carry out one investment proposal per A.F.M., exclusively in a single Region<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>To submit an investment plan that concerns an eligible KAD.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Subsidized Expenses<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supply, transport, installation and operation, of new machines and other ICT equipment, necessary for the operation of the business and ensuring the services provided<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Supply and configuration of software<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Online store essential with features:\n<\/li>\n<li>Ordering, storage and electronic payment software<\/li>\n<li>Mobile responsive<\/li>\n<li>At least 2 languages <\/li>\n<li>Services related to:\n<\/li>\n<li>data transfer or software configuration<\/li>\n<li>development and\/or certification of a digital security policy,<\/li>\n<li>development of digital advertising material<\/li>\n<li>digital advertising (google ads, facebook ads)<\/li>\n<li>Internet connection<\/li>\n<li>hosting (hosting, collocation)<\/li>\n<li>Salary cost of employees (new staff).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Costs are eligible from the date of submission of the funding application. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Digital Business Ranking<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Before submitting the investment plan, every business should fill in a questionnaire and record its current digital situation (ICT equipment of the last three years, software, digital services, other ICT elements).  <\/p>\n<p>Based on its digital status, it is automatically classified in one of the four (4) digital tiers that define the levels of digital maturity according to the detailed Invitation. <\/p>\n<p>The investment plan should aim at the digital upgrade of the business by at least 1 level.
