{"id":736,"date":"2018-03-07T17:56:04","date_gmt":"2018-03-07T17:56:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kepeth.gr\/programmata\/enischysi-tis-idrysis-kai-leitourgias-neon-touristikon-mikromesaion-epicheiriseon\/"},"modified":"2026-09-22T16:23:53","modified_gmt":"2026-09-22T16:23:53","slug":"enischysi-tis-idrysis-kai-leitourgias-neon-touristikon-mikromesaion-epicheiriseon","status":"publish","type":"programmata","link":"https:\/\/kepeth.gr\/en\/programmata\/enischysi-tis-idrysis-kai-leitourgias-neon-touristikon-mikromesaion-epicheiriseon\/","title":{"rendered":"Strengthening the establishment and operation of new tourism small and medium enterprises \u2013 Subsidy up to 50%"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Strengthening entrepreneurship in the tourism sector, through the creation of new very small, small and medium-sized tourism businesses<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Target Audience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Very Small, Small and Medium Enterprises that will be active in the Tourism sector and belong to the following categories:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Beneficiary Category A:<\/strong>  Businesses that will be established from the date of issue of the action announcement and will have the KAD of the investment until the first disbursement of the grant.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Category of Beneficiaries B<\/strong>: Tourist Accommodations that have been established and have acquired, by the date of issue of the notice of the action, at least one of the eligible KAD 55 and\/or KAD: 41.20.20.01, 41.20.20.02, do not have an operating license (brand), and the VAT number of the company has not developed any economic activity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Submission period<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>from 18\/12\/2017 to 15\/05\/2018<\/p>\n<p>The potential beneficiaries must, when submitting the electronic funding application, simultaneously submit to the State Aid Information System <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ependyseis.gr\/mis\">(www.ependyseis.gr\/mis)<\/a> and Electronic Application File. This file will include the required supporting documents for the submission\/inclusion of Annex I in a non-editable electronic file format (e.g. pdf file).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Amount of subsidy <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>25,000 euros to 400,000 euros. 45% of eligible costs is financed. In the case of hiring new staff for at least 0.2 EME of salaried work, the funding rate amounts to 50%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Basic conditions for participation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Beneficiaries should:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>to present, when submitting the financing application, evidence of securing the Private Participation in a percentage of at least 60% of the proposed (subsidized) budget of the Investment Plan<\/li>\n<li>to invest in a single Region<\/li>\n<li>to commit that they operate or that they will operate legally by obtaining the appropriate operating license until the completion of the investment<\/li>\n<li>to submit one investment proposal per VAT number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Eligible business categories<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Main hotel accommodations: 3 star and above category hotels with a capacity of 10 to 50 beds, hotel tourist accommodation within traditional buildings, organized tourist camps (camping) of 3 stars and above, youth hostels<\/li>\n<li>Non-main hotel accommodation: self-catering accommodation \u2013 tourist furnished houses with a minimum number of 3 dwellings, furnished rooms for rent \u2013 apartments of 3 keys or more and a minimum capacity of 10 beds<\/li>\n<li>Tourist offices of various activities<\/li>\n<li>Alternative forms of tourism: sports tourism, marine tourism, rural tourism, other special-alternative forms of tourism, such as entertainment and theme parks, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Other business activities in the field of tourism.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Marking: <\/strong><em>It is not possible to set up a new company (TIN) with a partner of the previous company or its partners\/shareholders for the exploitation of the same accommodation\/business brand.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>What is funded<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Subsidized costs <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Buildings, other facilities and surrounding area<\/li>\n<li>Machinery, installations and equipment for environmental protection and energy and water saving<\/li>\n<li>Means of transport<\/li>\n<li>Certification of quality assurance systems, environmental management<\/li>\n<li>Promotion\/Marketing \u2013 Participation in Trade Fairs<\/li>\n<li>Technical engineering studies and tax and legal consultancy services<\/li>\n<li>Software and software services<\/li>\n<li>Drafting and monitoring the implementation of an Investment Plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Expenditures are eligible from the date of publication of the call.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Budget<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u20ac 120.000.000<\/p>\n<p>Analytically:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eastern Macedonia and Thrace, Central Macedonia, Epirus, Thessaly, Western Greece: 45,000,000 euros<\/li>\n<li>Western Macedonia, Ionian Islands, Peloponnese, North Aegean, Crete: 40,000,000 euros<\/li>\n<li>Attica: 15,000,000 euros<\/li>\n<li>Central Greece: 5,000,000 euros<\/li>\n<li>South Aegean: 15,000,000 euros<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Contact \u2013 Information:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Contact KEK KEPETH for more information<\/p>\n<p>9 Vassani Street, 38333, 2nd Floor, Volos<\/p>\n<p>Tel.
