{"id":738,"date":"2017-10-19T13:00:27","date_gmt":"2017-10-19T13:00:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kepeth.gr\/programmata\/enisxush-autoapasxolishs\/"},"modified":"2017-10-19T13:00:27","modified_gmt":"2017-10-19T13:00:27","slug":"enisxush-autoapasxolishs","status":"publish","type":"programmata","link":"https:\/\/kepeth.gr\/en\/programmata\/enisxush-autoapasxolishs\/","title":{"rendered":"&quot;Strengthening the Self-Employment of Graduates of Higher Education&quot; (Cycle 3) - Subsidy 100%"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li> Requests by: <strong>13\/12\/2017<\/strong> <\/li>\n<li> Beneficiaries: <strong>Unemployed \/ New entrepreneurs<\/strong> <\/li>\n<li> Subsidy : <strong>\u20ac5,000 to \u20ac50,000<\/strong> <\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/epan2.antagonistikotita.gr\/uploads\/20170608_Ptuxiouxoi_B_Kuklos_Apofash_Prosklhsh.pdf\"> <strong>Program Invitation<\/strong> <\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6>\u201cSupport for the Self-Employment of Higher Education Graduates\u201d<\/h6>\n<p>The programme aims to support <strong>higher education graduates who are unemployed, employed <\/strong>and<strong> self-employed,<\/strong> to start\/support a professional activity related to their field of study in <strong>independent professional premises.<\/strong> The programme aims to strengthen graduates' self-employment and create <strong>new jobs.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Action Budget<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The action of <strong>cycle B<\/strong> is funded with a total amount of <strong>\u20ac80 million <\/strong>(Public Expenditure) and is allocated by group of Regions and by category of Beneficiaries <strong>A) New Businesses (60%) <\/strong>and <strong>B) Existing Businesses (40%).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Beneficiaries of the action are:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>University\/TEI graduates <\/strong>or of an equivalent school in Greece or abroad (recognised by DOATAP), or holders of recognition of professional qualifications from SAEI or SAEP. Also, degrees from Drama and Dance Schools recognised by the Ministry of Culture as higher education, and graduates of music schools recognised by the State (the first degree must have been obtained <u>after 1 January 1995<\/u>).  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Who can take part:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Beneficiary Category A: Unemployed people,<\/strong> registered in the OAED unemployment registers, <strong>employees <\/strong>(full-time, part-time or seasonal), <strong>existing entrepreneurs<\/strong> who will set up <strong>a new company with unemployed people or employees<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Beneficiary Category B:<\/strong> <strong>Existing sole traders <\/strong>(self-employed) already carrying out a professional activity related to their field (qualification), as well as <strong>partnerships between them<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Subsidised for:<\/strong> creating, organising, supporting and running a new or existing business related to their studies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Subsidy: \u20ac5,000 <\/strong>up to<strong> \u20ac25,000  <\/strong>for a single beneficiary with a sole proprietorship, up to<strong> \u20ac40,000<\/strong> for two-person partnerships, up to \u20ac50,000 for partnerships of three or more people. <\/p>\n<p><strong>100% of eligible expenses is funded.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Main conditions for participation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Income criteria<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>For applicants applying as unemployed people or employees, the following apply:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>For category A<\/strong>, the <strong> the average<\/strong> of the<strong> income subject to the solidarity contribution<\/strong> for the tax years 2015, 2014 &amp; 2013 must not exceed, depending on their family situation in tax year 2015,<strong> \u20ac22,000<\/strong> for individual income or <strong>\u20ac35,000<\/strong> for family income.<\/li>\n<li><strong>For category B,<\/strong> the above applies and, in addition, the <strong>the average<\/strong> of total <strong>gross revenue<\/strong> from business activity for the years 2015, 2014 &amp; 2013 must not exceed <strong>\u20ac40,000<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Subsidies from previous programmes<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The applicant <strong>must not have been included in co-funded<\/strong> programmes as a sole trader\/self-employed person or as a partner in a subsidised company since <strong>1\/1\/2013<\/strong>, except for training programmes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>III.
