Data Rights & DPO
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights regarding the personal data processed by KEK KEPETH. Exercising them is free of charge.
Your rights
- Access — to find out what data we hold about you and to receive a copy.
- Rectification — to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
- Erasure — to have your data erased, unless we are under a legal obligation to retain it (e.g. under the framework of a programme in which you took part).
- Restriction — to have processing restricted in specific cases.
- Portability — to receive the data you provided to us in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection — to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and at any time to processing for direct marketing purposes.
- Withdrawal of consent — at any time, e.g. by unsubscribing from the newsletter.
How to exercise your rights
Send your request by email to [email protected] with the subject “Personal data request”, or by post to KEK KEPETH, 9 Vassani Street, 38333 Volos, or in person at our offices. State which right you are exercising and the details that will allow us to identify you (full name, and the email or telephone number you gave us). For your protection, we may ask for additional proof of identity.
We respond within one (1) month of receiving your request. In complex cases, this period may be extended by two further months, in which case we will inform you.

Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you believe that your rights are being infringed, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority: 1-3 Kifisias Avenue, 115 23 Athens, tel. 210 6475600, www.dpa.gr.
