Private-sector employees can train through subsidized programs: employee vouchers with a training allowance, LAEK – DYPA programs through their company and certification seminars in skills the market demands. Classes are held in person in our classrooms in Volos or online through the e-learning platform. Subsidised 150-hour training for employees, with a €750 training allowance and certification.
For unemployed people and employees in tourism: 250 hours of training with a €1,250 allowance.
Eighty hours of green skills training for employees, with a €400 allowance and certification.
Subsidised 80-hour training for employees, with a €400 training allowance.
The business trains its staff using the 0.06% contribution it already pays — at no extra cost. The new annual circular is awaited.
Free 40-hour training with a training allowance for employees of businesses with up to 49 staff, through employer representative bodies. The new circular is awaited.
