Upskilling and retraining programs in high-demand industries with a focus on “digital and green skills
Purpose of the action
The action concerns the provision of theoretical training lasting 200 hours to a total of 150,000 unemployed people over the age of 18, via Voucher, which will lead to the acquisition of digital and "green" knowledge and skills and corresponding certification through independent certification bodies.
The program includes :
- Theoretical training with live and distance modern and asynchronous duration training 200 hours.
- Acquisition Certification knowledge and skills in the subject of training.
- Total Educational allowance of €1,000
Participation right
Employees who meet at least the following conditions are entitled to participate in the Action:
- Be registered in the OAED Unemployment Registers, regardless of whether they receive unemployment benefit or not
- Be over 18 years of age.
- To be graduates of at least compulsory education (It is noted that for those who graduated before 1980, the primary school diploma is accepted).
Unemployed persons who have participated in the previous phases of the program are NOT eligible to participate.

- Official document showing the VAT number and AMKA
- Photocopy of bank account
- Computer Science Degree (if applicable)
- Foreign Language Degree (if available)
