End of September the announcement for the Unemployed Voucher from 29 to 64

Στην τελική ευθεία βρίσκεται η προκήρυξη του προγράμματος απασχόλησης, με χρήση επιταγών κατάρτισης (voucher) και με τίτλο «κατάρτιση και πιστοποίηση ανέργων 29 – 64 ετών σε κλάδους αιχμής» από το υπουργείο Εργασίας. Συνολικά αναμένεται να ωφεληθούν περίπου 23.000 άνεργοι, οι οποίοι θα λάβουν εκπαιδευτικό επίδομα €2,600

Το προσχέδιο του σχετικού προγράμματος είναι έτοιμο και περιλαμβάνει πλαίσιο δράσης με τις εξής παρεμβάσεις:

• 120-hour theoretical training programme in various sectors and specialisations

• Counselling support aimed at:
  1. Choosing the training programme that beneficiaries will attend, based on their educational and professional profile, skills and interests.
  2. Matching beneficiaries' profiles with available work placement positions in partner businesses.
  3. Preparing unemployed people for the transition to the working environment of the work placement business and, more broadly, to the labour market and their integration / reintegration into it.
  4. Monitoring and supporting beneficiaries during their work placement.
  5. Converting beneficiaries' work placements into employment contracts, where possible.

• Certification of the knowledge and skills acquired through the training programmes.
• Work placement in private-sector businesses lasting 500 hours in total, not exceeding 5 months. Only for training programmes in agricultural-sector specialisations may the work placement also take place in businesses of the wider public sector. Total training per day may not exceed 8 hours. The daily duration of each programme's theoretical part is a maximum of 6 hours. The practical part may not exceed 6 hours per day. The programme is structured on two levels, based on the specific characteristics of unemployed people in this age group and of the labour market, in terms of:
• The education level of the unemployed: a) Unemployed people who have completed education from compulsory up to secondary level. b) Unemployed people who have completed either post-secondary programmes (IEK graduates) or tertiary education (AEI, TEI).
• The sectors with growth prospects, which are: Retail, Logistics, Infrastructure Projects and Technical Trades, Tourism, Information and Communication Technologies, Environment – Solid and Liquid Waste Management, Food – Beverages, Energy, Industry and Agriculture.

Beneficiaries will receive a training allowance, which includes the theoretical training allowance of: €600 (120 hours × €5/hour) (including statutory deductions) and the work placement allowance of: €2,000 (500 hours × €4/hour) (συμπεριλαμβανομένων των νομίμων κρατήσεων).

Τα κριτήρια μοριοδότησης για τις ομάδες ωφελουμένων όλων των κλάδων είναι κοινά και είναι τα ακόλουθα:

1. Duration of continuous unemployment.
2. Συνολικό εισόδημα ατομικό ή οικογενειακό (φορολογικό έτος 2015). Ως ατομικό εισόδημα, νοείται το αναγραφόμενο εισόδημα στη στήλη του υπόχρεου σε περίπτωση που υποβάλλει μόνος του φορολογική δήλωση (π.χ. άγαμος, μονογονέας, διαζευγμένος). [πρόκειται για το ποσό που αναγράφεται στη γραμμή με τίτλο «Συνολικό Εισόδημα» του πίνακα Γ2 της Πράξης Διοικητικού Προσδιορισμού Φόρου (εκκαθαριστικό σημείωμα)] Ως οικογενειακό εισόδημα, νοείται το εισόδημα του/της υπόχρεου, του/της συζύγου και των εξαρτώμενων μελών του. Ως εξαρτώμενα μέλη θεωρούνται τα άτομα που ορίζονται στο άρθρο 11 του Κώδικα Φορολογίας Εισοδήματος. Το συνολικό οικογενειακό εισόδημα είναι το ποσό που προκύπτει από την πρόσθεση των επιμέρους ποσών «συνολικό εισόδημα» του/της υπόχρεου το «συνολικό εισόδημα» του/της συζύγου. Οι αιτούντες που δεν είχαν οι ίδιοι υποχρέωση υποβολής δήλωσης (π.χ. πρόσωπα τα οποία δηλώνονται στη Δήλωση Φορολογίας Εισοδήματος ως εξαρτώμενα μέλη) δηλώνουν το συνολικό οικογενειακό εισόδημα.
3. Προηγούμενη επαγγελματική εμπειρία η οποία αποδεικνύεται βάσει δικαιολογητικών.
4. Αναπηρία (σε ποσοστό 50% η οποία δεν πλήττει την ικανότητα για εργασία)
5. Ύπαρξη Προστατευόμενου/ων Τέκνου/ων ΑΜΕΑ (ανηλίκων ή/και ενηλίκων) 67% και άνω. Η μέγιστη προβλεπόμενη μοριοδότηση για κάθε αιτούντα είναι τα 105 μόρια.
