"New Entrepreneurship"

The "New Entrepreneurship" program aims to create very small and small, sustainable businesses with an emphasis on innovative business plans and to strengthen employment by creating sustainable new jobs. The program supports: (a) unemployed people and (b) natural persons who exercise a professional activity or their partnerships/associations, in order to establish a new business.

Partnerships are allowed between the beneficiaries of the same or different categories from those mentioned above, with the aim of establishing a new small or very small business in one of the following legal forms: LLC, OE, EE, IKE, Social Enterprises of Law 4019/2011 and Cooperative enterprises.

Target Audience
Beneficiary Category A: Unemployed people registered in the unemployment registers of the OAED when the application is submitted. Beneficiary Category B: Individual entrepreneurs providing services who are active self-employed without having a salaried employment relationship and without receiving an old-age pension on the date of publication of the invitation. No sole traders who carry out a commercial activity are eligible. For the purposes of this action and in the cases of individual entrepreneurs with mixed activity, it is not considered that a commercial activity is carried out if the declared gross income from it represents up to 25% of the total gross income from business activity (excluding agricultural activity - tax year 2015) .

Terms and conditions

CATEGORY A – UNEMPLOYED.
1. To be unemployed and registered in the unemployment register of the OAED when submitting the application.
2. Have a tax registration number (TIN).
3. Each eligible natural person to participate in the submission of a single business plan funding application (either independently or as a partner).
4. To set up businesses exclusively with one of the following business forms: Limited Liability Company, Limited Liability Company, Limited Liability Company, I.K.E, Sole Proprietorship, Cooperative Enterprise as well as Social Cooperative Enterprise of Law 4019/2011.
5. To start a business activity ONLY in the eligible Activity Code Numbers (K.A.D. 2008), as defined in Appendix II from the date of electronic submission of the financing application until the deadline for presenting the supporting documents to be defined in decision with the Provisional list of potential beneficiaries of the Act, which they should maintain throughout the implementation of the project. In addition to have ONLY eligible KAD throughout the duration of the business plan.
6. To operate legally within the Greek Territory.
7. The total amount of de minimis aid received by the single undertaking in the past, including aid from this Action, does not exceed the amount of EUR 200,000 (or EUR 100,000 for the transport sector) within a three-year period (current calendar year and the two (2) previous calendar years) before the time of granting the legal right to the aid.
8. Not to have joined co-financed programs as an individual entrepreneur/professional or a partner in a subsidized company, from 1/1/2012 until the date of submission of the funding application, with the exception of training programs. If their business plan is included in the context of this invitation, they must provide a responsible statement that from the date of submission of the funding application until the date of their inclusion they have not been included in other programs and/or their written waiver of their application for funding from another E .P., if it is in the evaluation phase. The application should bear a notification stamp from the relevant Administrative Authority of the EP. or the competent EF. All of the above conditions of participation also apply in the case of corporate forms, for each beneficiary/partner separately. Natural persons who, when submitting the business plan, are either spouses or relatives are excluded from corporate forms 1st and 2nd grade.

CATEGORY B – APPRENTICES PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY
1. To be individual service entrepreneurs who are active professionals without having an employment relationship and without receiving an old-age pension on the date of publication of the invitation. Individual entrepreneurs engaged in commercial activity are not eligible. For the purposes of the present and in the cases of individual entrepreneurs with mixed activity, it is not considered that a commercial activity is carried out if the declared gross income from it represents up to 25% of the total gross income from business activity (excluding agricultural activity - tax year 2015).
2. Have a tax registration number (TIN).
3. Each eligible natural person to participate in the submission of a single business plan funding application (either independently or as a partner).
4. To set up businesses exclusively with one of the following business forms: Limited Liability Company, Limited Liability Company, Limited Liability Company, IKE, Cooperative Business as well as Social Cooperative Business of Law 4019/2011.

In addition to have ONLY eligible KAD throughout the duration of the business plan.

What is funded
Eligible expenses are as follows:
1. Operational (rents of business space, costs of electricity, fixed and mobile business telephony, water supply, heating, other common costs, costs of accommodation in incubators, etc.)
2. Expenses for third-party fees (legal, consulting, accounting support, incubator services, drafting and monitoring of a business plan and professional training, etc.)
3. Exhibition, networking and exhibition participation expenses
4. Depreciation of fixed assets / Financial leasing of equipment
5. Purchase / Lease of equipment / Small-scale interior design
6. Supply of Consumables
7. Beneficiary insurance contributions (entrepreneur/partners)
8. Salary costs for new position(s) (NTE)
9. Costs of preparing, submitting, registering or renewing a recognized title of industrial or intellectual property

An official invitation to the "Young Entrepreneurship" Program was issued by the Operational Program Competitiveness - Entrepreneurship - Innovation (EPANEK) of the NSRF 2014-2020.

The program supports the establishment of new businesses by natural persons born before 1/1/1991 in the priority sectors of EPANEK: Agri-food, Energy, Cultural and Creative Industries, Supply Chain, Environment, Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), Health – Medicines, Materials - Constructions. The investment proposals that will be submitted will be subsidized up to €60,000 and the percentage of support is set at 100%.
