Community Work Programme in all Municipalities of the country, for 24,251 full-time positions
On Friday 24 March 2017 the Final Ranking Lists of unemployed applicants were announced for the 24,251 full-time positions of the “Community Work Programme in all Municipalities of the country”:
The employment programme lasting eight months, aims both to promote employment and to upgrade participants' skills to help them return to the labour market, with Provision of Counselling Services and Training, co-funded by NSRF (ESPA) 2014–2020 resources and funded by national resources.
The training component will be delivered through the training voucher system to all beneficiaries. Beneficiaries can choose a 5-day working week or, alternatively, 4 days of work and, on the 5th day of each week, participation in a training programme.
The training component starts after the second month of work and covers the following subject:
- Training Programme in Information and Communication Technology (ICT).This programme lasts 120 hours and covers three levels of knowledge: elementary, basic, advanced.
- Beneficiaries who choose to attend it will, once it is completed, take part in certification exams in IT knowledge and skills.
- As part of the same training programme, they will also attend a seminar cycle on “Social Economy and Social Entrepreneurship”.
Beneficiaries must activate their training voucher within 15 days of the publication of the Register of Training Beneficiaries.
To enrol in the training programme, beneficiaries must submit:
1) The reference number of their application to take part in the scheme
2) A copy of their identity card or passport.
3) A certificate from the Municipality confirming that they are employed by that Municipality

Useful information
The lists have been posted on the website of OAED in the section “Community-Benefit Programmes”. Any reasoned objections against the results of the above lists may be submitted within 3 working days from the day after the provisional results are issued, i.e. from 15 February at 10:00 until 17 February at 12:00 noon, exclusively online by certified users of the Organisation's web portal, using their access codes.
