What the ELEKP 0.06% programme is
Every business with staff pays, together with social security contributions, the 0.06% employer contribution to the “Single Account for the Implementation of Social Policies” (ELEKP — formerly the LAEK Account). The programme gives this money back: the business can recover it by training its staff in subjects it chooses itself.
The beneficiary is the business itself. Each year's criteria (amounts, hours, deadlines) are set by the annual DYPA circular.
