Quality Modernization

The new “Quality Modernisation” scheme aims to improve the competitiveness of medium-sized businesses by investing in the modernisation of their production and the adoption of standardisation & certification systems.

Action Budget

150 million euros for all regions of the country.

The Action is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) of the European Union and by national resources.

Beneficiaries

Existing Medium Enterprises which, before the date of electronic submission of the financing application:

they have closed at least 3 management uses twelve month duration

have one at least eligible CAD of Annex IV.

Subsidy

Investment Plans 50,000 euros up to 400,000 euros.

It is subsidized 50% of eligible costs.

Conditions of Participation

Businesses should:

To have the status of a medium-sized enterprise, according to Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC (Annex VII "Definition of a Troubled Enterprise")

To operate legally by having all the necessary operating licenses

To operate as S.A., L.P.E., O.E., E.E., I.K.E., N.E.P.A., Sole Proprietorship, Social Cooperative Enterprise of Law 4430/ 2016, Cooperative and to observe or undertake to observe if simple or double books of Law 4308/2014 are approved

To submit to the investment plans costs that have not been financed and have not been included in another program financed by national or Community resources

To carry out one investment proposal per A.F.M., exclusively in a single Region.

Subsidized Expenses

Machinery - Equipment, up to 100% of the investment plan

Certification Systems - Quality Management, Design, Standardization and Certification of Products up to 100% of the investment plan

Means of transport

Drafting and monitoring of the investment plan

Salary cost of employees (new staff).

Expenditures are eligible from the date of publication of the call.

The investment implementation period cannot exceed (24) months from the date of issuance of the Incorporation Decision.

Online Submission Start Date: 27.06.2018 at 12:00 p.m.

The invitation will remain open for submitting applications until the available budget is exhausted and no later than 18 months after its initial publication.
