KEK KEPETH, in collaboration with the Unified Food Control Agency (EFET), implements "Food Hygiene and Safety" training programs (EFET seminar).
According to the Ministerial Decision 14708/17-08-2007 (Government Gazette B' 1616), food businesses have an obligation to train all their staff (EFET seminar), who deal with food handling, based on a procedure described in the Ministerial Decision and according to with EU regulation 852/2004
TARGET AUDIENCE
The program is aimed at workers in the food business sector. It applies to people who produce, process, store, transport, trade food or are engaged in retail trade, food distribution, mass catering and confectionery or work in food production or processing laboratories.
TARGET
The program aims to ensure quality, produce safe products and protect the consumer in accordance with Regulation 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 29, 2004 on food hygiene.
PROGRAM DURATION
The duration of the program is 10 hours and takes place in 2 days.
AFTER COMPLETION
A temporary Certificate of Attendance is granted and with the successful participation of the trainees in the exams, the beneficiaries are granted the official Training Certificate (Certificate).

Training cost for 1 person: 90 € (parabola is included 50€ which is paid to the EFET)
