Training of adult trainers

Training of adult trainers

KEK KEPETH, which has been operating continuously since 1991 with the aim of implementing Lifelong Learning Programs, organizes a new cycle of seminars entitled TRAINING OF ADULT TEACHERS.

Harmonization with Legislation

In application of the provisions of no. ΓΠ/20082/23.10.2012 Ministerial Decision "Educational Proficiency Certification System for Adult Teachers of Non-Formal Education" (F.E.K. 2844/Β'/2012), the program replaces the prerequisite of 150 teaching hours, giving the possibility directly participation in the Adult Educators certification exams.

The professional role of the Adult Educator.

The adult trainer is a key contributor to the educational process that takes place in the context of continuing education. The trainer is the one who will bring adults into contact with knowledge, who will plan, organize, coordinate and evaluate education and training programs, and then develop new, flexible forms of education, thus contributing to the multifaceted development of adults and their adaptation to the respective social context. In other words, it is a mediator between the individual and the object of his learning.

The objective of the seminar

The aim of the seminar is the comprehensive preparation of those interested in the teaching methods of adult trainers as well as their preparation for the Adult Trainer certification exams of the E.O.P.E.P.E.P. At the same time, the certificate of attendance enables direct participation in the exams for those who do not complete 150 teaching hours in adult education, replacing this prerequisite.

Who is the seminar aimed at?

The program is addressed to students-students, Trainers of Adult Programs regardless of branch and subject, executives of companies and organizations who wish to deal with Adult Education, teachers of all levels of education, trainers and Executives of Continuing Training and Lifelong Learning, pedagogues, Educational Planning Consultants Programs, graduates of all educational subjects, who are interested in working in the field of adult education.
