New subsidized support program for scientists - freelancers – Subsidy of €600 with the title "special e-learning program with certification for scientists affected by covid-19 who are included in the 6 main scientific branches of the country based on KAD defined by the Ministry of Finance"

Eligible Scientific disciplines of Freelancers:

• Lawyers, self-employed or with a salaried mandate, as well as practicing lawyers, notaries, bailiffs
• Economists/accountants regardless of class
• Doctors of all specialties
• Engineers of all specialties
• Teachers of all specialties
• Researchers regardless of research field

Program Duration and Thematic Units

The program lasts 100 hours and is implemented using the asynchronous e-learning method in the Thematic modules:

1. Personal data protection (GDPR/DPO).
2. Public Electronic Tenders.
3. E-Commerce-Electronic Transactions with modern software and tools.
4. Basic Digital Skills in the latest software.
5. Modern digital applications/ Digital signature – Digital certificates – Digital response with the public/ Teleworking & Teleconferencing.
6. SMART BUILDINGS programming technician.
7. Project Management & Online Collaboration.
8. Modern educational techniques in a digital environment.
9. Infection prevention and control measures associated with healthcare settings.
10. Use of promotion techniques and tools through the use of social media (SocialMediaMarketing) with modern tools and Mobile applications.

Educational Allowance

• The educational allowance of the beneficiaries will amount to €600 and will cover 100 hours of teletraining.
• The allowance is paid in 2 installments.

Certification

Certification of the knowledge and skills to be acquired within the training program is provided.

Application for participation – Submission process

The application process can be done in one of the following two ways:

• PROCEDURE A – Application period from Thursday, April 9, 2020 to Wednesday, April 22 at 11:59 p.m.

The interested party must:

1. To complete and submit himself in electronic form, via the Internet, using taxisnet codes which has, in P.S. ERGANI (https://elearning.yeka.gr), the "Electronic Application for Participation" form (The participation application is the last on the list and can be seen on image by clicking HERE). The attention of those interested is drawn to the completion of all required fields of the Application for participation. It is noted that the "Electronic Application for participation is a Responsible Declaration and that it will not be possible to correct the details of the application for participation after it has been submitted in the P.S. environment. ERGANI.
2. To fill in the details of the bank account (IBAN, Bank), to which the training allowance will be paid for participating in the teletraining program.
3. To confirm his contact details and to fill in the e-mail address (e-mail)
4. To choose the training subject he wishes from among the ten proposed subjects (Training Items)
5. To preserve the proof of submission of his application, which states the "Participation Application Submission Code" (KAWAS), as well as the exact date and time of its submission. The KAVAS code is strictly personal and unique for each participation application, it is automatically granted by the ERGANI information system upon its submission, it is the proof of its submission and is used instead of the applicant's name in all documents (Registries, tables, training voucher , etc.) that are published in the context of this. In the event of the loss of proof of submission of the application, the EY ED ESPA YPEKYP will post a relevant instruction in the PS. ERGANI.
6. To send to the Training provider "KEK KEPETH" and specifically at info@kepeth.gr  the standard e-mail, (Download the text of the email HERE) attaching the above application in which he will state his KAWAS in the Action in order to activate the Training check in accordance with the circular.

Instructions to Interested Party: Create a new email to info@kepeth.gr/ attach his application/ In the subject of the email write his name or KAVAS and copy the text from the file standard email and pasting. The e-mail will be in the format as shown in the Clicking Image Here

• PROCEDURE B – Application period from Thursday, April 9, 2020 to Saturday, April 25, 2020 at 3:00 p.m.

To authorize, the interested party the training provider "KEK KEPETH", in order to:

a) To submit the APPLICATION on his behalf in the P.S. environment. ERGANI (https://elearning.yeka.gr), using the taxisnet codes provided by the provider.

b) To use the "Participation Application Submission Code" (KAWAS) in order to directly activate the training check.

To submit your participation, please download, complete and send the following supporting documents to info@kepeth.gr or attach them to application form .

1. Standard Power of Attorney (Annex II) – Download the authorization – 2 ways to fill
   1. You fill in the application, print it and sign it. Then scan it and attach it to us in the e-mail along with the other supporting documents.
   2. Fill it out form for an Authorization request with an electronic signature and digitally sign it.
2. Copy of ID (2 sides) or passport.
3. Beneficiary's IBAN details (printed from the beneficiary's Bank account)
4. Printing of the beneficiary's active main KAD through taxisnet (from the following route: personalized information/Business Registry data)
