The LAEK 0.24% program is a subsidy program for businesses to train their staff. (e.g. in areas of business skills, IT, foreign languages, other training programs, etc.).
The training can take place at the KEK or in business premises that meet educational standards. Applications are accepted from companies (in collaboration or not with an educational institution) that have at their disposal infrastructures for the implementation of training programs using the modern e-learning method.

Who is entitled to it?

All businesses that pay employer social security contributions.

How is the LAEK subsidy obtained?

From the employer's contribution of 0.24% of gross payroll of the reference year, specifically according to the latest Legislation:
For the unexhausted amount of 2011. LAEK amount = Gross earnings 2011 X 0.24% X 0.90.
For 2012. LAEK amount = Gross earnings 2012 X 0.24% X 0.80.
For the next years. LAEK amount = Gross earnings 2012 X 0.24% X 0.70.

What should the company do to implement the LAEK 0.24% program?
