Consulting, Support, Training, Certification and Promotion in the Employment of Unemployed aged 30 – 49 in technical skills of cutting edge sectors
The new Updated Register of Beneficiaries for the action “Counselling, Support, Training, Certification and Promotion into Employment of Unemployed People aged 30-49 in technical skills of key sectors” has been announced on the voucher.gov.gr website
Object of the act
It consists of providing 20,000 unemployed persons registered with the OAED, aged 30-49, with professional counseling services, continuing professional training, certification and the acquisition of work experience in leading sectors of the economy.
Purpose of the action
Strengthening the perspective of the beneficiaries' transition to the labor market and their response to the modern demands of sectors of the economy with growth prospects, such as the sectors of manufacturing/industry, construction, aesthetics and other related professions.
The program includes :
- Professional counseling (4 sessions)
- Theoretical duration training 200 hours.
- Acquisition Certification knowledge and skills in the subject of training.
- Practical exercise and gaining work experience of total duration 380 hours.
- Total Educational allowance €2,520.00

The beneficiaries they will be trained and certified in the fields technical professions:
- Manufacturing/industry, construction
- Health - welfare
- Tourism and catering
The exact ones specialties of each branch are as follows:
1. MANUFACTURING/INDUSTRY, CONSTRUCTION BRANCH
Elective majors
a) Automation and automatic control technician-maintainer
b) Insulation Works
c) Construction Works-Construction Industry Works
2. BRANCH OF SOCIAL CARE ENTERPRISES
Elective majors
a) Social Care Executive (Pain management-psychological support-elderly care skills)
b) Professional Cleaner
c) Linen storekeeper
d) Floor planer
3. TOURISM / CATERING
Elective majors
a) Waiter
b) Hotel Receptionist/Customer Service
c) Tourist office employee
d) Horizontal Foreign Language Skills in the workplace
It is important to learn about majors before deciding which majors to declare in your application!
Participation right
The right to participate is for UNEMPLOYED persons who meet the following conditions:
- They are registered in OAED Unemployment Registers, regardless of whether they receive unemployment benefits or not and are out of Education, Employment and Training.
- They are born from 1.10.1971 until 31.12.1990*.
- At least they are graduates compulsory secondary education.
Please note that in the event that the compulsory secondary education or secondary education diploma or other equivalent or higher degree was obtained abroad, an official translation and act of recognition is required.
Procedure for submitting an application for participation
To participate in the program you must first make the Application for Participation.
The deadline for submitting the online application for the participation of the beneficiaries starts from 23/12/2020 and time 14:00 and it expires 26/02/2021 and time 14:00.
Applications are submitted online through the website: voucher.gov.gr .
