Upskilling and retraining programs in high-demand industries with a focus on “digital and green skills
Purpose of the action
The action concerns the provision of long-term theoretical training 80 hours in 50,000 Unemployed over 18 years old, through a Voucher, which will lead to the acquisition of «green» knowledge and skills and corresponding certification through independent certification bodies.
The program includes :
- Theoretical training 80 hours(12 hours of on-site and 68 hours of distance modern and asynchronous education)
- Acquisition Certification knowledge and skills in the subject of training.
- Total Educational allowance €400
Participation right
Unemployed individuals who meet at least the following conditions are eligible to participate in the Action:
- To be registered in the Registers Unemployment from DYPA, regardless of whether they receive a benefit unemployment or not.
- Be over 18 years of age.
- To be graduates of at least compulsory education (It should be noted that in the event that the diploma of compulsory education or Secondary Education or another equivalent or higher degree was obtained abroad, an official translation and act of recognition is required).
Those who had are not eligible to participate Participate in Programs Voucher Unemployed (with a subsidy of €1000) and Employee Vouchers (with a subsidy of €400) from DYPA.

- Photocopy of bank account
- Computer Science Degree (if applicable)
- Foreign Language Degree (if available)
