Automatic renewal of all unemployment cards until April 5 with announcement from the OAED
As part of the preventive measures to limit the spread of the coronavirus, the Administration of the OAED has decided to automatically renew all unemployment cards expiring between tomorrow, March 18 and April 5, 2020, through the Organization's Integrated Information System.
The registered unemployed who are obliged to renew their unemployment card during the period (18/03 to 05/04) do not need to proceed with any renewal action.
It is recalled that the renewal of the card is done either through the OAED electronic service, or in person at Citizen Service Centers (CSCs).
The new measure aims to facilitate the unemployed, to limit travel and to avoid overcrowding in the KEP.
It is worth noting that the registration of new users in the online services of the OAED, which are done exclusively electronically with TAXISnet passwords.
In this way, citizens will have direct access to the electronic services that are available on the Agency's website and are not provided in the 118 Employment Promotion Centers (KPA2).
