Training program for 3,000 unemployed OAED graduates aged 25 to 29
This is the NSRF program "Promoting the Employment of Unemployed 25 to 29-year-old graduates with a positive, technological and economic direction, through training in the ICT sector".
Subsidy
The beneficiary is entitled to receive a total educational allowance, which is divided into a theory allowance and a practical training allowance, total value 2.800,00€. The theoretical training allowance for each trainee amounts to a total of €2,000 (400 hours X €5/hour).
The internship allowance for each trainee amounts to a total of €800, (200 hours X €4/hour).
Object of action
The purpose of the action is to limit the digital skills deficit of the human resources that prevents the exploitation of the potential of the digital economy for the benefit of development and employment.
The action will be implemented with the training voucher system and includes:
- provision of professional counseling services (two sessions),
- provision of continuing professional theoretical training services lasting 400 hours in the field of Technology, Information Technology and Communications,
- certification of the knowledge and skills to be acquired within the training program, and
- practical training - on the job training - of a total duration of 200 hours.
The subject matter of the training programs includes the following specialties:
- Software Application Technician
- Web and application design specialist
- Database developer.
The purpose of the action is to strengthen and upgrade the qualifications and skills of the participants through combined training and certification actions and to facilitate their integration/reintegration into the labor market.
Beneficiaries
The right to participate in the Action and therefore the right to submit a "Participation Application" for registration in the Register of Beneficiaries that will be set up by the ED ESPA ApKO, have the unemployed who meet the following conditions:
- Be registered in the OAED Unemployment Registers, regardless of whether they receive unemployment benefits or not and are not in Education, Employment or Training.
- To have been born between 1.1.1990 and 30.09.1994*.
- To be graduates of HEIs (Universities and TEIs) from positive, technological and economic fields (except IT), see annex I, II, III.
- Have at least a good knowledge of the English language, see annex IV.
At the start of the intervention, i.e. on the first day of theoretical training, the beneficiary should be between 25 years old and over and under 30 years old.
Applications for participation
The deadline for the submission of the electronic participation application of the beneficiaries starts from 28/06/2019 at 14:00 and ends on 23/08/2019 at 23:59. Applications are submitted on the website voucher.gov.gr.

It is about the implementation of the act: "Promoting the Employment of Unemployed aged 30 to 45 graduates with a positive, technological and economic direction, through training in the ICT sector".
