“Upskilling and reskilling programmes in high-demand sectors with an emphasis on digital and green skills”
Purpose of the action
The action concerns the provision of long-term theoretical training 200 hours in 50,000 Unemployed over 18 years of age, through a Voucher, leading to the acquisition of “digital and green” knowledge and skills and corresponding certification through independent certification bodies.
The program includes :
- Theoretical training 200 hours (in-person and distance learning, synchronous and asynchronous)
- Acquisition Certification knowledge and skills in the subject of training.
- Total training allowance €1,000
Participation right
Unemployed individuals who meet at least the following conditions are eligible to participate in the Action:
- To be registered in the Registers Unemployment from DYPA, regardless of whether they receive a benefit unemployment or not.
- Be over 18 years of age.
- To be graduates of at least compulsory education (It should be noted that in the event that the diploma of compulsory education or Secondary Education or another equivalent or higher degree was obtained abroad, an official translation and act of recognition is required).
Those who had are not eligible to participate Participate in Programs Voucher for the Unemployed (with €1,000 & €400 allowance) and Voucher for Employees (with €400 allowance) from DYPA.

- Copy of Degree/Diploma or High School Diploma
- Photocopy of bank account
- Computer Science Degree (if applicable)
- Foreign Language Degree (if available)
