KEK KEPETH K.D.V.M.2 in collaboration with Europrogress K.D.V.M.2 implements with the quality seal of the Laboratory of Educational Technology and Electronic Learning Systems of the University of Western Attica, a training program entitled "Principles of Education Adults" lasting 400 hours (4 months).

Purpose of the program

The purpose of the program is for learners to acquire the required knowledge, skills and attitudes to cope with the needs of adult learners participating in Lifelong Learning seminars and programs.

  • To adult trainers.
  • To teachers and Education Executives.
  • To prospective adult educators, of all specialties, who wish to participate in the certification exams for adult educators of non-formal education at the E.O.P.E.P.E.P.
  • For undergraduate and graduate students interested in working in the field of adult education.
  • To Sociologists, Psychologists, Social workers and other scientists of various directions and specialties.
  • It is divided into announcements of the Foundation for Youth and Lifelong Learning (INEDIVIM), SDE (Second Chance Schools), D.I.E.K. etc.
  • He is seriously considered for employment in private Educational Organizations (KDBM level 2, IEK, Private Schools, Colleges, Tutors, etc.).

Methodology

The training course:

  • It is conducted exclusively with the Distance education method (e-learning) (synchronous and asynchronous teletraining).
  • Continuous feedback of questions, queries and clarifications from the responsible trainer via email.
  • It includes a training manual, additional educational training material, audio-visual material, scientific articles, diploma theses and doctoral theses and related bibliography.
  • The final evaluation of the seminar is completed with the preparation of a final paper and short activities and self-assessments per thematic unit of the seminar.
